Payment terms, methods, and currency will be specified in the engagement letter. Invoices are issued in Thai Baht (฿) unless otherwise agreed. Juristel's refund policy is set out in individual engagement terms.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Each engagement is subject to a scope of work or engagement letter that governs the specific services to be provided, the timeline, the deliverables, and the fee arrangement. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and an engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of this website, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through direct communication.

If a matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Juristel.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign any rights under these Terms without written consent from Juristel.
